Systems Analyst
Agri Hub Inc. holds ownership of Western Canada’s premier agricultural equipment and supply companies such as Penner Farm Services, Western Ag Systems, United Agri Systems and Dundas Agri Systems. Specializing in the Dairy, Hog, Grain, Poultry and Manure Management sectors, we provide our farming partners with custom tailored Design-Build, Service and Supply solutions.
We are currently recruiting for a Systems Analyst - Construction to join our Agri Hub IT team. This position is currently located in our Steinbach, MB office but will relocate to our Blumenort, MB office in early 2025.
Reporting to the Manager of IT & Business Analytics for Agrihub, the Systems Analyst –Construction is responsible for maintaining construction related software within the Agrihub group of companies, working with end users to resolve issues, implementing new modules, and training users on use of the system.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

We are currently recruiting for a Systems Analyst - Construction to join our Agri Hub IT team. This position is currently located in our Steinbach, MB office but will relocate to our Blumenort, MB office in early 2025.
Reporting to the Manager of IT & Business Analytics for Agrihub, the Systems Analyst –Construction is responsible for maintaining construction related software within the Agrihub group of companies, working with end users to resolve issues, implementing new modules, and training users on use of the system.
Duties Include:
- Acts as first point of contact for day-to-day issues with drafting, project management and ERP softwares
- Resolves end user issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the rest of the IT department to resolve issues as needed
- Escalate issues with software partners on larger issues working to find resolutions
- Sets up new users with the required security
- Trains new users on how to use various software and assisting with new employee onboarding
- Assists in implementing new process modules and other 3rd party products
- Assists with product upgrades and testing
- Recommends process improvements based on end user feedback
- Recommends software to solve business problems and/or gain efficiencies
- Assist with general IT helpdesk tickets as needed
- Cross train with other IT Systems analysts to provide redundancy
- Excellent working knowledge of drafting software such as Autocad, Revit, Solidworks, Bluebeam, Site Docs, etc
- Experience with Vista, Project Sight, and Pro Contractor by Viewpoint
- Experience with Nialli, DJI, Matterport, Dropbox would be considered an asset
- Experience with ERP business flows and best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Solid understanding of general construction and construction best practices
