Swamper
Centurion Contracting, a brand of the Advantage One Group in conjunction with C&C Electrical Mechanical, Royal City Fire, and Nova West Electrical is a fast-growing lower mainland-based company. We are a dynamic established organization seeking a responsible and motivated swamper/labourer to join our Truck Division who shows potential for growth within our company.
The position starts at $22 per hour dependent on skills and experience
Responsibilities
· Be a passenger in our Hino truck, occasionally driving when needed
· Ocassional demolition work
· Transporting cabinetry, debris and other waste materials
· Deliver items/materials to jobsites, pick up items from jobsites and bring to the dump or other locations
· Transporting equipment
· Assisting swampers and other workers with labour
Requirements:
· Preference given to applicants who hold a valid Class 5 driver's license
· Be able to provide a clean driver's abstract
· Be physically fit and able to lift heavy items
· Willing to work flexible shifts of 40+ hours per week
· Be able to work as a team and individually
· Restoration experience an asset
Compensation:
· Competitive wages
· Group benefit package after 6 months
· A monthly cell phone allowance.
