We are seeking a skilled and passionate Small Engine Technician to join our family-owned dealership specializing in Bombardier recreational vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining small engines, with a focus on snowmobiles, ATVs, and other recreational vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnostic and Repair: - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in Bombardier recreational vehicles and other small engines. - Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other mechanical systems.
2. Maintenance Services: - Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tune-ups, and seasonal preparations. - Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards and complies with manufacturer specifications.
3. Customer Service: - Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance services needed. - Provide recommendations for part replacements to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
4. Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. - Complete service reports
5. Safety and Compliance: - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. - Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and safety regulations related to recreational vehicles.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in small engine repair or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a small engine technician or mechanic.
- Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
