Responsibilities
- Engage in active showroom hospitality to guarantee client happiness
- Fulfills client needs and makes product sales to serve customers.
- Preparing daily work schedules to call on current or potential sales outlets and other trade elements, obtain orders, and build new accounts.
- Submits activity and performance reports, such as weekly work plans, monthly and annual territorial evaluations, and daily call reports, to the management to keep them updated.
- Investigate issues, provide solutions, compile information, and present management with ideas to address consumer complaints.
- Help with sample requests and/or customer deliveries; capable of carrying a 25-pound burden.
- Help A&D salespeople close deals as determined by the vice president of Western Canada.
Requirements
- Ten or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
- Knowledge of the interior design community
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, use deadlines, and time management approaches the capacity to operate in a hectic setting
- Elevated standard of personal integrity
- Must be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
- The criminal background check was completed successfully
