Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, we would love to have you on board.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems effectively
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Willingness to learn and adapt to varying customer needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
