As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within our dealership environment.
Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all sales are processed correctly.
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends, dealership inventory, and repair services to inform customers.
• Assist in the development of promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall dealership performance.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within a Windows and Doors or other Trades environment is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as effective communication is key in serving diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and automotive repair knowledge is an advantage.
• A proactive approach with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

Pay: $36,340.22-$122,296.16 per year
