Sales Support -Administrative Role
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SALES SUPPORT

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Support/ Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to sales.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Pay: $44,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Support/ Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to sales.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare and send accurate quotes to clients.
- Hosting clients for showroom visits
- Provide administration support, including coordinating meetings and delivery schedules
- Preparing sales materials
- Performing general office duties as required
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- High level of computer literacy, including intermediate level of experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Professional and courteous phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to respond professionally, courteously and in a clear manner
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Pay: $44,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
