Sales Manager

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our Weyburn team. Reporting to the Saskatchewan Regional Manager, you will lead all client-facing activity for AM1190, Magic 103, Country 106, and Discover Weyburn.
The Role
· Lead a team of Account Managers. You will communicate clear objectives, track performance, and coach your team to success.
· Review sales activity and identify opportunities for growth.
· Provide sales forecasts and build plans that lead your team to reach revenue targets.
· Hire and train new Account Managers when needed.
· You will also develop your own client relationships, identify their needs and present solutions to address those needs.
· Oversee local sales budgets in conjunction with the Regional Manager
