Sales Associate and Barista
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate and Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our cafe, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
-Manage cafe and make drinks efficiently
- Provide product knowledge to customers
- Upsell products and food/drinks to increase revenue
Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong sales acumen and time management skills
- Experience in cashiering and working with Point of Sale (POS) systems is preferred
-Barista experience is beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
