As the Store Manager of Samuel & Co. you are given the opportunity to have a major impact on all aspects of your business. Collaborating with the buying team, visual department, and marketing you truly let your entrepreneurial spirit shine. Our Store Managers lead a team of stylists that they collaborate with, motivate and challenge to go above and beyond customer expectation and truly invest in the success of their business!
What will you do?

• Take initiative & inspire your team to meet sales targets and create lasting customer relationships
• Effectively recruit, train & coach the sales team
• Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the merchandising in your store
• Communicate product needs with the buying team to optimize sales and improve customer loyalty
• Prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business
• Analyze all aspects of your business to determine what will create the most success for you and your team
