This position’s primary responsibility is to manage and oversee all emergency and restoration-related services provided by BELFOR Property Restoration.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Attend job sites to assess damage and provide data to create estimates
-
Ability to work evenings on call and weekends
-
First point of contact in the field, communicates professionally with all customers, subcontractors, consultants, and insurance company representatives

Ensure scope of work is being followed as per quoting process to ensure accurate timelines and project budgets are achieved

Strengthen relationships with customers through business development and accounts management

Providing technical explanations and feedback to clients, adjusters, and consultants
-
Coordinate and attend after-hours emergency jobs to ensure services are completed
-
Human Resources: Maintain employee confidentiality, coach and mentor employees.

Safety Compliance: Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with safety standards.

Accountability: Identify performance measures and ensure accuracy and documentation.

Communication: Effectively communicate with staff and customers.

Leadership: Delegate tasks, set expectations, and monitor team progress.

Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment's.
Required Qualifications:
-
Previous construction, restoration, or insurance experience considered an asset
-
Sales experience in related fields, including upgrades/changes to existing contracts

Intermediate computer and/or tablet/i Pad experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Google Suite, JD Edwards, Xactimate/Xact Analysis experience an asset

Self-driven to achieve goals and meet deadlines
