Position Summary:
This position requires the candidate to act as a technical facilitator for 4 different Zoom sessions spread over two dates. The total hours for this position are approximately 12. Workload \and responsibilities can increase depending on student availability and skill set.
- Act as technical facilitator (host) for Zoom workshops and large classrooms(80 students)
- Act as a resource person
- Save Zoom reports and recordings
- Consult and work with Course Administrators and Course Directors
- Must be available Wednesday, January 15 and/or January 29, 2025 from 12:30-18:30
The hours for this position will range from 0-10 per week.
Minimum Education and Experience
Undergrad, Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience hosting Zoom sessions
Previous RLA (remote learning assistant) experience an asset
Knowledge of French and English: Mc Gill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level #3 (qualifier) on a scale of 0-4.
