About us
Twin Rivers Home builders builds mini and modular homes, we have been building homes since April 2020 and continue to grow and expand our plant. We’ve just completed a 15,000 sqft plant expansion to triple our production. Twin Rivers also owns and manages over 700 rental units throughout NS and PEI.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting schematics, installing various structures, and ensuring high-quality workmanship in all projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work in accordance with blueprints and building codes
- Install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and flooring
- Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling structures
- Lift heavy materials and equipment as required
Qualifications:
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Carpenter certification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics
- Experience with cabinet installation and flooring installation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate power tools effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry
