Residential Program Manager (Full-time, expected start date November, 2024) Location: St. Stephen, New Brunswick Youth Impact Jeunesse is a large accredited and chariitable organization that has distinguished itself as a leader in the delivery of residential and community outreach services for at-risk youth. With more than 270 dedicated staff, the agency strives to make a positive difference in the lives of youth and their families by providing support and teaching them helpful skills needed to succeed. Currently Youth Impact Jeunesse operates fourteen residential facilities in seven different communities across New Brunswick. Youth Impact Jeunesse is preparing to expand services and open a new respite care residential program in St. Stephen, NB. This program will be a three-bed facility for children and youth ages 2 – 18, who have intellectual disabilities. We are currently seeking a Program Manager in St. Stephen, NB. Ideal candidates will have a high level of organizational skills, be team players who have a combination of experience and skills related to management/leadership and supporting the needs and care of children, youth, and their families. This position reports to the Associate Director of Residential Services. Job Responsibilities/Duties include but not limited to
Ability to complete and role model all tasks and responsibilities of the staff team.
Promote and maintain a safe, non-judgmental, welcoming environment for staff and youth while complying with the agency policies and procedures.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, youth, families, and other professionals associated with the program.
Ensure the completion of all tasks associated with the day-to-day operations of the program.
Ensure the safety, well being and care of the children and youth are met and communicated appropriately.
Ensure adherence to Provincial Standards, Canadian Centre for Accreditation Standards, and Operational/Personnel Policies, and to report any breaches of these policies to their supervisor.
Attend to community concerns and complaints effectively and timely.
Ensure that scheduling of services is well organized, timely and meets the needs of the families accessing this service.
Properly manage team dynamics and address staff issues.
Ensure proper implementation of practices and activities associated with the individual needs of the children, youth and their families that are accessing the program.
Provide quality onboarding practices for new staff of the program.
Provide regular and effective supervisions, coaching and evaluations to all staff of the program on a regular basis.

Educational Requirements:
College diploma or minimum of two years University successfully completed in a Human Services related field.
