Responsibilities: Make outbound calls using soundboard technology to play a short survey recording that asks Quebec voters their voting preferences. Follow approved process, code calls accurately, exercise good judgment and professional behaviour. Qualifications: Must be able to comprehend English and French competently. No speaking with prospects is required. Skills: French comprehension. English comprehension. Basic keyboarding/typing. Active listening. Quick learner who can follow a process. Good memory. Personality: Steady, focused individual who enjoys following a process and understands expectations. Open to coaching and feedback. What you should expect:
You will be required to sit and/or stand at a desk with a headset on for up to 8 hours a day, depending on your schedule.
You will learn how to skillfully establish rapport and expertly answer questions from donors.
You will be supported by our Training and Leadership teams and you will be provided with coaching and feedback to reach your goals.
