Phone Survey Agent
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls using soundboard technology to play a short survey recording that asks Quebec voters their voting preferences. Follow approved process, code calls accurately, exercise good judgment and professional behaviour.
Qualifications: Must be able to comprehend English and French competently. No speaking with prospects is required.
Skills: French comprehension. English comprehension. Basic keyboarding/typing. Active listening. Quick learner who can follow a process. Good memory.
Personality: Steady, focused individual who enjoys following a process and understands expectations. Open to coaching and feedback.
What you should expect:
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Additional pay:
Expected start date: 2024-10-21

- You will be required to sit and/or stand at a desk with a headset on for up to 8 hours a day, depending on your schedule.
- You will learn how to skillfully establish rapport and expertly answer questions from donors.
- You will be supported by our Training and Leadership teams and you will be provided with coaching and feedback to reach your goals.
- You will be making a difference. Each and every day.
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- Bonus pay
