Cornerstone Insurance Services Incorporated (www.cornerstoneinsurance.ca) is a dedicated, locally-owned insurance and risk management consulting firm based in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. With roots going back to 1950 our organization and its success have been built on nurturing long-term relationships with our clients and within our community.
We are currently seeking a reliable, self-directed and driven Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. The ideal candidate would possess the ability to accomplish tasks at a fast pace and without direct supervision, while adhering to efficient work practices, ensuring documentation, accuracy & diligent file maintenance. Continued growth has created an opportunity to expand our sales team by adding a Personal Lines Account Manager based out of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities:
  • Documentation & Processing - Ensuring files and workflows are maintained and documented for smooth and efficient flow of information;
  • Relationship Building - Proactively seek, establish, and maintain customer relationships to grow an existing book of business;
  • Trusted Advisor - Provide expert advice and support on customers’ coverage options, enabling them to make educated decisions based on their needs;
  • Growth Mind Set – Emphasized focus on performance of the Personal Lines Book of Business through networking and relationship building;
  • Support - Provide expertise and assistance to the Personal Lines team as needed;
  • Results Based – Achieve department & individual sales goals.

Qualifications:
  • Level 1 Insurance Brokers License; drive to obtain Level 1 Insurance Brokers license
  • High school diploma (minimum)
  • Criminal Record Check
  • The ideal candidate will come with a minimum of 3 years experience in the insurance industry
