We are currently seeking a reliable, self-directed and driven Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. The ideal candidate would possess the ability to accomplish tasks at a fast pace and without direct supervision, while adhering to efficient work practices, ensuring documentation, accuracy & diligent file maintenance. Experience is considered highly important, however; at Cornerstone what we look for are likeminded, resilient high-performers who feel energized by growth and overcoming challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Processing - Ensuring files and workflows are maintained and documented for smooth and efficient flow of information;
- Relationship Building - Proactively seek, establish, and maintain customer relationships to grow an existing book of business;
- Trusted Advisor - Provide expert advice and support on customers’ coverage options, enabling them to make educated decisions based on their needs;
- Growth Mind Set – Emphasized focus on performance of the Personal Lines Book of Business through networking and relationship building;
- Support - Provide expertise and assistance to the Personal Lines team as needed;
- Results Based – Achieve department & individual sales goals.

- Level 1 Insurance Brokers License; drive to obtain Level 1 Insurance Brokers license
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Criminal Record Check
- The ideal candidate will come with a minimum of 3 years experience in the insurance industry
