Parts Person
Napa Auto Parts is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts Person to join our team. As a Parts Person, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right parts for their automobiles. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in locating and purchasing the correct parts
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Process orders accurately and efficiently
-Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.
-Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field
-Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Class 5 License Mandatory

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
