The Part-Time Pallet Runner position requires the employee to work in all environments operating a powered pallet jack. The main focus is relocating pallets from the dock to the warehouse aisles.
Schedule:
Every Saturday plus other weekdays (to be determined) up to 20 hours per week.

Essential Functions:
-
Operating Powered Pallet Jack
-
Relocating pallets from the dock to the warehouse aisles
-
Knowledge of RF equipment
-
Loading and unloading product as required
-
Operate powered equipment (including single pallet power jacks) safely and efficiently
-
Additional duties as assigned by Leadership
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
-
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Positive attitude with good communication skills
-
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job with the ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 100 lbs on a repetitive basis

Excellent focus and attention to detail
Requirements:

Steel-toed boots are required

Working in a variety of temperature zones including a freezer (-20 degrees Celsius), cooler, and drygoods areas. All warehouse employees must be prepared to work in all warehouse temperature zones.

Exposure to and handling of all types of food products including seafood, meats, dairy, produce, spices, beverages, and equipment
