We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Duties
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling and referrals.
Work directly with marketing team to design and provide marketing material.
Manage and arrange weekly interdepartmental meetings to generate leads and build internal relationships.
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our products/services and address client needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Daily drop-ins to check in, deliver marketing materials, and product samples.
Host prospects to business lunches, dinners, and events.
Provide continuous support and communication to business prospectives.
Ensure all levels of staff portray the corporation in the best light.
Highly organized in tracking leads, activities, and projects.
Submit and ensure data is accurate on weekly progress reports.
Attend industry functions, events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their independent needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish partnerships.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in construction sales.
Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
Familiarity with market analysis techniques and strategies for identifying new opportunities.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales progress.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organizational skills.
Experience reading blueprints is an asset
