Job Overview:
As an Order Entry Clerk / Cashier for our Architecture, Engineering & Design firm, you will be responsible for processing client orders, managing payments, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting our project teams by efficiently handling orders and client transactions.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter client orders into the firm’s database, ensuring all details are correct and up to date.
• Process payments for client orders, including cash, credit, and electronic transfers.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and payment options.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure orders align with project requirements.
• Assist in maintaining office supply inventory by placing and receiving orders as needed.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.38-$26.30 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
