Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Notary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing notarial services, title examination, ensuring the authenticity of documents, and maintaining compliance with legal standards. Responsibilities
Perform notarial acts such as witnessing signatures, administering oaths, and certifying copies of documents.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy before notarization.
Maintain a detailed log of all notarial acts performed.
Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations regarding notarial practices.
Assist clients with legal drafting and documentation as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain the notarization process and address any questions or concerns.
