If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a Maintenance Technician Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems and mechanical equipment across a designated area of the commercial portfolio. They will be physically comfortable completing repairs and maintenance work and will be required to undertake unit maintenance when tenants vacate. As Maintenance Technician, you’ll get to:
Respond to fire alarms, intrusion alarms, electrical failures, water leaks, property damage etc.
Record mechanical, electrical and water readings and on occasion reset a building system when requested by the Employer.
Touring common areas and keep areas free of individuals soliciting from customers and or tenants.
General presentation and maintaining the development in a first-class manner, including ensuring building safety, using their own judgement or as directed by Employer.
Attending to tenant and guest inquiries any maintenance requests.
Coordinating, reviewing and managing of parking, parking allocation, enforcement and revenue collecting.
Involvement in coordinating and delivering guest services and amenities.
Such other similar or related duties as may be required from time to time.
What we’re looking for:
Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
Effective organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving deadlines
Prior experience in the Maintenance Technician field is considered an asset
