Live-in Resident Manager, Nevada Court, Summerside, PE

We currently have a part-time position available on our team for a customer focused, energetic Live-in Resident Manager located at 10-30 Nevada Court in Summerside. There are 48 units in the building.
Total compensation for this part-time position in Summerside consists of a salary component and rental benefit component and will be in the range of $25,000 to $32,000 annually.

Responsibilities:
- The day-to-day management of the property including cleaning, minor repair/maintenance;
- First-line problem solving to manage tenant issues and build relations;
- Responding to emergencies and on-call duty, enforcing the rules and regulations of the property;
- Snow removal, salting of steps/entrances during winter months;
- Shared on call responsibilities;
- Administrative requirements and duties.
- Previous experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, and customer service;
- Strong computer skills;
- Proven communication skills, both written and oral;
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision;
- Previous experience with Property Management industry and/or as a building superintendent is an asset.
