HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

About the Position:

The Human Resources Manager leads the human resources function for the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation (VGFN). It
contributes to an effective and responsive department that leads initiatives and promotes human resource (HR) best
practices to enhance individual performance and capacity.

• Experience managing and leading training and development initiatives to build workforce capacity.
• Experience providing advice and recommendations to senior decision makers.
• Experience working in an indigenous northern community is an asset
