The HR Manager / Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing both the human resources functions and administrative operations of our satellite office. In this role, you will focus on implementing, monitoring, and managing existing processes and policies. There is no need to develop new systems; your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and office administration, preferably within the healthcare or home care industry. Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment efforts for home care staff, including posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
Manage employee performance evaluations, address performance issues, and implement improvement plans as needed.
Implement and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
Coordinate staff training programs, including first aid, infection control, and other required certifications.
Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Manage office operations, including client and employee records, document processing, and supply management.
Support compliance and accreditation processes by preparing documentation, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to standards.
Implement health and safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Act as a liaison between clients, field staff, and management to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
