Job Description Housekeeping Specialist (Casual) Create the experience before the guest has even arrived. As a Housekeeping Specialist, the organizational support you provide to the Housekeeping team will ensure our guest rooms are well equipped and that our guests Feel Welcome from the minute they step into their room. What you will be doing:
Being a team player in assisting the Housekeeping Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficiently
Offer professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests and responding timely to any special requests

Organize and maintain inventory; restocking supplies as needed
Ensuring cleanliness of Public Areas throughout the hotel, including both guest and colleague spaces
Delivery of requested items to both guests and colleagues

Other duties as assigned
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
Qualifications Your experience and skills include:
Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Strong physical condition required
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible and reliable
