Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that linens and garments are impeccably cleaned and presented. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, demonstrating a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms.
Ensure all linens and towels are laundered, folded, and stored properly.
Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Restock supplies in guest rooms and laundry areas as needed.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to guests.
