*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Host/Busser to join our team in providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a friendly and organized individual who enjoys working in hospitality and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. *Duties* - Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements - Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables - Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests - Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism - Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations - Utilize POS systems for order entry and payment processing *Qualifications* - Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Knowledge of food service procedures and phone etiquette - Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment - Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills - Willingness to help wherever needed to support the team Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week Additional pay:
