Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to complete construction, excavation, and other related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators, rock trucks, backhoes, bulldozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment to perform various tasks
- Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated in a safe manner
- Perform routine inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Valid Class 8 License
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, loaders, etc.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues a bonus
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
