We are a community-centric and forward-thinking advocate for lung health that believes in better outcomes by working together with internal and external partners. This entry level position will be responsible for coordinating a working group of external partners in the development of an educational module on cannabis harm reduction for physicians-in-training to strengthen their understanding of cannabis and its health risks and how to approach patient care. Project deliverables include progress reporting, impact metrics, and maintaining the proposed project schedule. Additionally, this position will support our Smoking Cessation resource creation program by coordinating stakeholder meetings, maintaining project records and assisting with reporting Applicants can expect to work both independently and collaboratively within our small team. Occasional long days and/or weekend work and/or travel for community events is expected. Qualifications and requirements · Minimum 2 years experience in health promotion, knowledge translation, harm reduction and/or cannabis regulation · Research and knowledge translation · Experience with community engagement · Health or science background · Accountability, including meeting assigned deadlines · Strong written communication, including report writing and proposal preparation · Work well independently and as part of a team · Positive attitude Don't meet all the above qualifications?
