Are you an organized and customer-focused individual with experience in the automotive industry? We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Receptionist to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answering phones call while providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Payment Handling: Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
Accounts Management: Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
Daily Accounting: Manage daily accounting duties and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Banking: Handle: daily banking tasks and ensure timely deposits.
Safety Committee Chair: oversee Safety Committee ensuring all meetings are conducted effectively and goals are achieved.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic accounting and financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
