This role is essential in ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. Laborers will work collaboratively with other team members to complete tasks on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform physical labor such as lifting, digging, and moving materials as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work well in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality work is completed safely.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities on the job site.
- Forklift Experience would be an asset
