Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency within the food and beverage department. Responsibilities
Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service excellence.
Train, mentor, and lead staff in customer service best practices, kitchen procedures, and food safety protocols.
Assist in menu planning and development, collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a diverse and appealing selection.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock while minimizing waste.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, striving for resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, kitchens, and storage facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
