Position Overview Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, this position will assist with the administration, maintenance and coordination of financial and administrative activities We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Duties
Works closely with the Director of Finance to ensure all month-end financial duties and resulting financial reporting is completed in a timely and accurate manner and is responsible for recording day to day financial transactions, processing adjustments, reconciling accounts and preparation of monthly financial statements.
Responsible for processing accounts payable in a timely manner.
Responsible for assisting with preparation of annual external audit and supports the annual budget process.
Responsible for entering childcare monthly billings and changes. Works closely with department supervisors to ensure changes, requests and inquiries are performed in a timely manner.
Responsible for banking duties including deposits, reconciliation, coin management, petty cash.
Assists the Administration Department team with other duties as assigned, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Other administration duties as assigned.
