Saskatoon Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist who works well with a team and has excellent communication, patient service, and organizational skills. The ideal Dental Receptionist for the team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient/family experience. As a dental receptionist, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the dental office. Your responsibilities will include welcoming patients, scheduling office and surgery appointments, verifying insurance coverage, managing patient records, and assisting with billing. At Saskatoon Pediatric Dentistry , our goal is to guide children through this weird world of dentistry and for children to develop a positive attitude towards oral health and their dental experience. SKILLS
Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants!
Proficient in MS Office and experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix/Power Practice is considered an asset
Experience working at a front desk in an office withstrong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate patient informationis highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
