We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for the practice, including billing and collections.
• Coordinate with dental professionals to schedule appointments and manage patient flow effectively.
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance office efficiency and patient care quality

Experience

• Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar role within a dental office is required.
• Proficiency in Cleardent
• Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial management in a dental office setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
