Dental Office Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. This position requires strong administrative skills, knowledge of dental terminology, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. This is a permanent position for 2-5 days a week in a dentist-owned beautiful dental office, located on Water St, in downtown Charlottetown.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

- Manage electronic dental records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain appointment calendars.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and patient inquiries.
- Understanding of dental terminology preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professionalism.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
