Job Overview:
As a Contractor courier Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively. You will be working with TCP Dispatchers who will actively aid you during your delivery route
Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate your Box Truck, Cargo Van or similar vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries .
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring packages are delivered accurately and on time.
- Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery updates or any issues that may arise - Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with customers.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate delivery updates or issues.
- Commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as moving heavy packages, and lifting heavy objects.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
Requirements
THIS IS A CONTRACTOR POSITION.
- Delivery Experience is an asset.
- Box truck, Cargo Van or similar vehicle.
- Ability to lift heavy packages
- Phone with active data plan.

Pay: $200.00-$360.00 per day
