Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Specialist / Customer Service Operator for our transport company, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of shipment data, customer information, and logistics details, while providing excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update shipment, delivery, and customer data into the company's transport management system.
Maintain accurate records of schedules, routes, and cargo information.
Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding shipment status, rates, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to ensure timely and accurate transportation services.
Resolve customer issues related to shipment delays, tracking, or other transportation-related concerns.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and transport management software.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.24-$26.20 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abbotsford, BC V2T 4J2
