Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and experienced individual who is interested in joining our growing team at our Yorkton location. This branch location services accounts located all around Saskatchewan and Manitoba. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, directing calls, greeting customer walk in traffic and various administrative office functions. We are looking for an individual with an excellent work ethic, who enjoys being part of a team, and is able to produce and share new ideas in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Be a friendly and professional point of contact for all insurance customers
- Help manage and distribute incoming phone calls
- Support Producers in efforts to promote insurance products and services that meet client needs
- Take payments and complete bank deposits
- Create and distribute reports
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
