Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyze customer needs, and upsell products will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. A strong command of both English and Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse clientele.

Duties
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Employ effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience.
  • Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in upselling techniques is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
