As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious dishes that meet our standards for taste and presentation, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to food safety regulations.
Duties
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist in the planning of menus and meal preparation schedules.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with serving staff to ensure efficient workflow during service hours.
Cillaborate with management to discuss menu changes, special events, or operational improvements.
Skills
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal preparation processes.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal delivery.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes is a plus.
