We are currently looking for a Construction Supervisor to join our Operations Team. Working closely with many departments within the organization, this individual must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Job Summary:
This professional will supervise multiple turnkey projects to ensure efficiency and safety directly on site. There will be travel within New Brunswick. This individual will communicate with the leadership team to provide critical updates on project progress, goals and timelines and will work with subcontractors and our own equipment installation crews on various projects. We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction crews, ensuring quality control, and adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervisor construction projects from start to completion
• Travel within different job sites within New Brunswick
• Provide guidance, support and direction to construction teams
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
• Manage project budgets and assist in construction estimating
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of Canadian National Building Code (Part 3 and 9)
• Strong background in supervising construction projects
• Experience in quality control procedures within the construction industry
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Be able to work with a team and individually
