Key Tasks

• Strictly adhere to and comply with Health and Safety policies, rules, and regulations
• Load rooftops with bundles of shingles and related products
• Work closely and co-operatively with driver to ensure safe and efficient delivery of product
• Handle material by hand and with use of appropriate equipment
• When not on deliveries you will be required to perform warehouse duties such as moving inventory, shipping, receiving or other duties as required
• Maintain clean and organized work environment

Skills and Abilities

• Must understand and comply with required health and safety regulations
• Able to assess a situation and recognize potential hazards
• Must have strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Be comfortable working at heights
• Able to lift of up to 36kg (80lbs.)
• Able to work outside in various weather conditions
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Past experience in building products and/or working at heights are definite assets
