Job Title: Custodian
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning, ensuring that our spaces are clean and well-maintained at all times.
Duties:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
Skills:
- Experience in facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning
- Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces and materials
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills to report maintenance issues effectively

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$22.05 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
