Position: Cleaner (Full-time, Permanent)
Shift: Monday to Friday
Location:917 Cliveden Avenue, Delta

Responsibilities:
- Cleaning yard, warehouse, common areas, and lot spaces
- Clean and sanitize the office/reception area
- Clean and sanitize washrooms/lunchrooms
- Ensuring clear drains
- Performing tasks like wiping, mopping, and shoveling
- Utilizing air compressors and power sweepers when necessary
- Disposing of trash in designated areas
- General yard salting and snow shoveling during winter
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Adherence to Health and Safety standards with a safety-first approach
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, courteous demeanor, and adaptable personality
- Consistent reliability and dependability
- Full-time, Long-term Employment
