Class 1 Transport Driver / Transformer Technician
Responsibilities:
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Perform hands-on-assembly, repairs and maintenance to transformers and our service equipment.
- Proficient in completing all mechanical and electrical connections, operation of the oil processor.
- Maintenance services such as gasket and bushing replacements, retro oil fills and repairs.
- Manage job site in a professional manner
- Good communication with team, client and office
- Electronic reporting
- Requirements:
- Experience servicing transformers in the field an asset
- Mechanical experience an asset and willingness to learn on the job training for power transformer technician
- Must be computer literate and professional
- Must be willing to travel away from home
- Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to learn new skills
- Class 1 license required
- Manual 18 speed
- Required to pass drug and alcohol testing
- Criminal record check
- Company phone (or phone allowance), daily meal allowance, paid travel expenses and travel time
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
