The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity in the kitchen. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing meal preparation, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a safe kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in the food industry or family based as a Chef or Cook
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and kitchen operations
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen staff
