Brentwood is a 46 unit condominium building, each unit independently owned, located at 156 Portugal Cove Road, in St. John’s. We are currently seeking applications for a resident manager. Brentwood is looking for a self motivated, hard-working, live in manager. If you enjoy interacting with others, are passionate about providing a clean and safe environment for residents and take pride in a job well done, this may be for you.
Duties include the day to day management of the building - cleaning, minor repair/maintenance, diagnosing and solving problems, management of waste and recyclables, and ensuring that windows and doors are secure after hours. While we have outside contractors for groundskeeping and snow removal, responsibilities include keeping walkways and entrances free of leaves/debris, and snow. Responsibilities include some handling of emergencies after hours.
An on-site, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is provided. Salary package details may be provided on request.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $15.60-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
