We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join a dynamic team in a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
You will manage customer service inquiries through inbound calls, emails, and occasional outbound follow-ups. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs related to various products, providing accurate and timely responses.

Candidate Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of customer service experience in a contact center, retail, or service industry.
A Bachelor’s degree and call center experience, preferably in a financial institution, are highly desirable.
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid role: Currently working Tuesday to Thursday in the office; Friday to Monday at home. Option for full-time in the office.
An ethernet cable from your modem to your computer is required.
A private, secure workspace at home that is free of distractions and protects customer privacy.
Shift Timings:
8:00 am - 12:00 am AST / 7:00 am - 11:00 pm EST Monday – Friday
9:00 am - 9:00 pm AST / 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST Saturday-Sunday
Open 365 days per year
The customer service client base is Canada-wide. Flexibility is needed as client demand changes.
Training: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm during the training period
